THE JAM is Toronto’s newest unique and exciting private membership club for local Musicians of all types and skill levels.
The Facility
The Jam is located at 83 Kincort Street, Toronto. It is 1 block East of Keele Street and South of Lawrence Avenue. We currently have 5 Studios, and near future plans to expand the number of studios available. Each studio is equipped with:
- P.A. System
- Microphones
- Full Drum Kit
- Keyboard
- Amplifiers
- Miscellaneous Percussion Instruments
At The Jam we are strictly ‘digital’. Members bring their own Tablet device to each session. The Jam provides over 1,000 (accurate) charts (‘Fake Book’ style) that may be accessed while within the facility only.
In addition to the Studios, The Jam provides a fabulous social environment for our Members to enjoy.
Membership
As a Member of The Jam you have access to the facility 24 hours a day – 7 days a week!
Each Member is provided a Secure Access Card and may use the Club – Any Day, Any Time. There are approximately 100 Members of The Jam who are all accessible to pre-arrange sessions with. By utilizing our online Web Portal, Members can interact as well as invite each other to play in sessions. Members may also bring guests to sessions at a rate of $30 per guest (incl. HST). New Members are assigned a ‘mentor’ who will be responsible for integrating the new member into the Club and introducing that member to several other members.
The Cost of membership is only $1,200 (+ HST) per year.
